As a courtesy of the situation with travel restrictions and other effects of the corona virus we offer guests that are travelling with cruise ships that does not make a port of call a voucher for future use. The voucher has a flexible and risk-free rebooking policy. Rebooking is free of charge and you may change your arrival date at any time. Your experience and upcoming visit is our highest priority.

I am not able to travel - how do I get a voucher?

The voucher will give access to the same or a similar tour of choice for use in the future. To receive a voucher please send an email to the following e-mail address: voucher@bookfinnmark.com

In the subject line of your e-mail please state "Voucher" followed by your booking reference number.

How do I use my voucher?

In the email please state what date and time you would like to visit.

Depending on availability, we will change your existing booking or make a new booking. The booking confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address that was used at the time of your original booking.

I am not able to visit later - how do I get a refund?

To receive a refund please send an email to the following e-mail address: voucher@bookfinnmark.com

In the subject line of your e-mail please state "Refund" followed by your booking reference number.

Terms and conditions

The voucher entitles you to make a booking with us free of charge.

The tour must be completed (date of activity) on or before December 31 2023.
Some tour suppliers allow a later date of activity. Please contact us if you want to move your activity to a later date.

The voucher has a flexible and risk-free rebooking policy. Rebooking is free of charge and you may change your arrival date at any time. There is no administration fee for use of the voucher. The voucher will give access to the same or a similar tour of choice. The voucher is sent to the email address that was used at the time of your original booking. A voucher is valid for use by the recipient(s) only. The voucher is issued by name and is non-transferable. The validity of the voucher cannot be extended or changed. The voucher is non refundable and not redeemable for cash or other vouchers.  A voucher is normally valid one (1) year from issuance unless otherwise stated. The voucher does not include changes in taxes or tickets from external suppliers. The booking terms and conditions also apply to the voucher. If the terms of the booking are not in accordance with the terms of the voucher, it is the terms of the voucher that take precedence.
